Stirling Wedding Show

Fuze Ceremonies Wedding Open Day Event in Stirling is set to be a fantastic day. We invite you to join us from 1-5pm on Sunday 16th March to see what this unique Stirling venue has to offer. Whether you’re planning your own wedding or looking to host a different kind of event the open day will help you find everything you need!

You will enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival as well as canapes prepared by Russell Smith our caterer. Russell provides private dining for weddings and tailor-made events all over Scotland. He may even show us how it’s all done on the day!

Each room of this Georgian house will be dressed as if it were your wedding day. From coordinating chair covers and linen to assisting with your stationary Carole Anne’s attention to detail means that your day will look exactly how you want it to.

The ceremony room will be organised as if you were taking your seats for a real ceremony. With a red carpet, seating, flower arrangements and several of the Fuze Humanist celebrants-you won’t have to let your imagination do the work. Our celebrants will be able to discuss the details of your big day and can even show you some of the many symbolic gestures you could include in your ceremony. From handfasting, drinking from the quaich to the mexican hug!

There will be several floral displays to decorate the house allowing you to see how unique and talented Roz’s flower arranging can be.  Jennifer Neil will also be on hand on the day to discuss any flower needs you may have. She can advise you on all the different choices of flowers, whats seasonal, and what you might want to think about for your big day; including bouquets, buttonholes and centrepieces.

Every wedding and/or event needs some entertainment. Within the ceremony room itself Alicia will be playing her harp, which will help you imagine the musical possibilities for your day. She has a passion for composing and can help write something personal to reflect the occasion.

We have two very talented professional photographers in attendance on the day. Everyone has a different idea of how they want their day to be photographed and both MaryAnne and Kevin have a different eye for capturing the details. You can meet them both and chat about your ideas and I’m sure they’ll be able to give you some more too!

On arrival you’ll be able to sample the fine champagne and throughout the afternoon Gordon will take you through a masterclass on the art of tasting wine.

You will not be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing your wedding cake. Carolyn is very talented when it comes to creating something that both looks and tastes amazing. Her buttercream frosting is to die for so come along even if it’s just for a taste! Who doesn’t love cake?!

Whilst we don’t anticipate anything going wrong on your day you still deserve the reassurance that if the inevitable does happen then there’s no need to panic. All of our wedding packages come with specialised insurance. Lucy and Ian will be on hand on the day to give you all the details and give you that piece of mind for your big day.

Debenhams will also be showcasing on the day and providing us with some surprises for the goodybags-you’ll not want to miss out!

Every outfit needs accessorised, 2014 Scottish Wedding Award winner Do Us A Favour will be bringing along some lovely jewellery pieces. From tiaras, fascinators and crystal bouquets. You’ll be spoiled for choice.

Everyone loves a bit of pampering. There will be hair & make up stylists on hand on the day to let you sit back, relax and enjoy your day even more.

If you’ve yet to find your perfect dress then you have to come along and see Xquisite Brides fabulous selection. Lianne will be able to advise you on what the latest trends are and show you some fabulous designs.
